Yoga and Yoga Nidra are both ancient practices with very healing effects for both body and mind. Yoga stimulates the presence and awareness of your own body. Yoga Nidra facilitates deep rest and reprogramming of unconscious patterns through trance.
At The Conscious Club in Amsterdam I teach a Slow Flow vinyasa class every Tuesday at 5:30 PM. This is a powerful lesson focused on alignment and awareness in the body.
Every month I give a Yoga Nidra special on Tuesdays at 8:30 PM.
Originally, yoga was transmitted through private classes. Even now it can make a big difference whether a lesson is specially tailored to you. If you want to deepen your physical yoga practice or want a yoga nidra that is specifically tailored to you, you can book a private session.
